1. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received, with the original ticket attached.
2. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date. The original packaging, including any hanging labels, must be intact and free from defects. Items with any tearing, damage, or alteration to the packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. A return or exchange fee of 130 EGP will be applicable for all transactions. This fee covers processing and handling costs associated with the return or exchange process.
